Model TSF/ST - Manual Force Test Stand

Made in America, the TSF/ST Spring Tester provides tension and compression testing to 1000 lbf / 500 kgf / 5000 N with precise handwheel and worm drive elevating mechanism for gradual repeatable force application.
Force data is displayed by a selection of digital force gauges - basic and advanced - providing computer output and many other features.
Travel data is displayed by a digital travel display with computer and SPC printer output.
MESURgauge force testing software provides easy set up and user friendly data logging and graphing of force vs. distance for spring testing.
CONSTRUCTION
- Rugged and exceptionally rigid extruded aluminum column.
- Column length of 30" [762 mm], other lengths available.
- Removable platen with pattern of 25 #10-32 threaded holes.
- Maximum vertical clearance: approx. 14" [356 mm] depending on gauge.
- Maximum vertical travel 4.00" [102 mm].
- Maximum horizontal clearance 4.35" [110 mm].
- Travel rate: 0.013" [0.33 mm] per handwheel revolution.

- Precise handwheel tension and compression testing.
- Compression testing with 2" [51 mm] and 3" [76 mm] diameter plates.
- Tension testing with force gauge and test stand hooks.
